We offer a full range of Hard Services on both a reactive and ongoing maintenance basis, delivered with the strict, high standards of service, knowledge and communication that have become a staple of Newtons’ value to our clients.

Our maintenance engineers are well trained and professional, covering all essential weekly or monthly compliance tasks. This allows our clients to maintain a consistent presence across their sites and provide reassurance to any commercial and residential tenants. We specialise in block maintenance and high end residential.

As well as our own dedicated engineers, Newtons are supported by tried and tested specialist subcontractors; experts in their respective fields and trained in our specific processes for service delivery and reporting.

We offer 24/7 help desk support as a part of any new maintenance or reactive contract. Our helpful, skilled and attentive staff tackle your issues quickly and efficiently whilst prioritising reports and all client communications – so you are always up to date.

What we offer
Validation and dilapidation reports

We provide specialist M&E validation works and dilapidation reports on existing plant and services. Working with your own consultants if preferred, we provide key data on performance levels, as well as working with you to implement a project plan that deals with defects and remedial actions.

Complete maintenance packages

Think life would be easier with a single point of contact handling all your maintenance needs? It would! That’s why we offer tailored maintenance solutions delivered by our skilled team and supported by our bespoke software packages so you get full visibility.

Energy reduction measures

We work closely with FM clients and property management companies to move up the ladder on their EPC reports. From assessing and addressing plant inefficiency, to energy reduction measures such as LED lighting upgrades.

Electrical and Mechanical

We began as an M&E reactive and projects company and this service remains a strong part of our value to our clients. We offer a same day call out service to any borough within the M25 and are extremely proud of our first-time fix rates. From a faulty light or leaking tap to full project installations, give us a call!

Reactive only

We deliver a wide range of reactive call outs, from hard services to fabric repairs and Out Of Hours emergency response. Our reactive services can be accessed even when outside of a maintenance contract and are supported by our trained Helpdesk staff and bespoke reporting software.

Small projects

Need some new partitions? Perhaps a glazed office space? Small lighting installation or a redecoration? We regularly complete small project works to the highest of standards, managed through our Helpdesk team and dedicated contracts managers to take you through the process from design to sign off.

Responsiveness
We closely monitor both our response times and our staffing levels. Our Help desk is monitored from 8am–5pm, with all out of hours calls being redirected straight to management, not third party call handlers.
Clear communication
Our stringent reporting structure means that you’ll receive regular updates on the progress of your job. You’ll find us easy to get hold of, and are well trained staff are always willing to help at any opportunity.
Tailored delivery
We ensure that every aspect of our service delivery is tailored towards giving the best reactive and maintenance services. This includes everything from the engineers uniform and vehicles to our job management software and staff training
