Newtons co-founders Craig and Dave first met while working in facilities management for data centres; environments that are both critical and high risk, requiring near-immediate response times and a high level of technical expertise. Dave had over a decade of experience in the industry and quickly recognised the potential in Craig, who was working as part of his support team at the time.

They decided to start their own business, with a focus on nurturing talent and building a highly skilled team. They were joined by Harry, a former graphic designer and university lecturer in Architectural History.

One of Newtons’ first contracts was with HS2, quickly followed by an exciting and challenging project to transform an old, derelict hospital into a thriving co-working space for Camden Collective. And the rest, as they say, is history…
Our Team
Harry began his career as an electrical apprentice, before going on to study graphic design at university. He continued in the world of academia, completing a Masters and lecturing in Architectural and Design History. Harry first began working with Newtons providing branding and design consultancy, before joining the business as a full-time Director.
Craig is a fully qualified electrician with Level 3 ILM and Technical training in Operational Intelligence. He has extensive knowledge of building services, M&E installations and maintenance. Before founding Newtons, Craig learned the ropes by working in critical data centres such as Telecity and Leadenhall.
Compliance Manager
Dave has over 30 years’ experience working within a variety of different critical operational environments, which include the support of the Bank trading functions, Nuclear Power Plants, MoD Project Management and Data Centre Engineering Facilities Management. A member of CIBSE he holds an HNC in Controls Engineering, ILM Level 3, he is IOSH trained and HV Authorised.
Contracts Manager
Dean Joined Newtons in April 2017. Since then he has been overseeing contracts across London and the home counties, including major refurbishments and a large Modular Housing project. A fully qualified JIB approved Electrician with over 20 years’ experience, Dean also holds a Technicians Part C qualification and a BTec in Building Services. He has worked for big name contractors including Balfour Beatty, Lovell and the Apollo Group (now Keepmoat), as well as managing private home and social housing refurbishments.
Commercial Manager
Since joining Newtons Kirsty has progressed internally and is now responsible for financial tracking in relation to projects, as well as the day-to-day company finances. Kirsty also has previous financial experience working for companies similar to Newtons.
Accounts Assistant
Nicola joined Newtons in February 2020 as an Accounts Assistant. She has over 16 years customer services experience most of which was spent in the Financial Services sector and she is extremely passionate about customer satisfaction and going that extra mile.
Helpdesk Assistant
Roxanne joined Newtons Group in February 2020. With a strong background in construction recruitment and over 10 years in customer service and contract management. Roxanne is able to combine effective communication skills with knowledge of services to add value to the customer and company.
